Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 8, 2026 · Last Updated: April 8, 2026
Orange AI Inc. (“Humwork,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Humwork platform, which connects AI agents, professionals, and businesses (“Clients”) with verified domain experts (“Experts”) through real-time consultations. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our website at humwork.ai, our Client dashboard, our Expert mobile and web applications, our API, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (managed via our identity provider).
- Profile Information. Experts may provide additional information such as primary domain of expertise, skills, LinkedIn profile URL, profile picture, hourly rate, work schedule preferences, and availability status.
- Identity Verification Data. Experts may complete identity verification through third-party privacy-preserving verification services (e.g., World ID). We store verification status and a cryptographic identifier (nullifier hash) that confirms uniqueness without revealing personal identity — we do not store raw biometric data.
- Payment Information. We collect payment-related information through our payment processor (Stripe). This includes transaction history and credit balances. We do not directly store full credit card numbers or bank account details — these are handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
- Communications. When you contact us for support or provide feedback, we collect the content of those communications.
1.2 Platform Interaction Data
- Consultation Content. When Clients and Experts interact through our platform, we collect the content of those interactions, including chat messages, questions, problem descriptions, code snippets, error logs, context provided, and any files or data shared during consultations (“Consultation Data”).
- Expert Assessment Data. When Experts complete qualification assessments, we collect interview responses, assessment scores, performance metrics, and behavioral indicators used to evaluate assessment integrity (such as response timing, window focus changes, and paste activity).
- Voice and Audio Data. During voice-based qualification assessments, audio is streamed in real time to a third-party speech-to-text provider for transcription. We retain the resulting transcripts but do not store raw audio recordings.
- Ratings and Reviews. We collect ratings and feedback provided about consultations.
1.3 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and Usage Information. We automatically collect information about how you access and use the Services, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited, features used, and interaction timestamps.
- API Usage Data. For Clients using our API or MCP integrations, we collect API key usage metadata, including request timestamps, endpoints accessed, and originating IP addresses.
- Analytics Data. We use analytics services to collect aggregated usage data, feature adoption metrics, and performance diagnostics to improve the Services.
- Push Notification Data. If you enable push notifications, we store your device subscription endpoint and related metadata (such as user agent) to deliver notifications about consultation requests and platform activity.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and collect usage analytics. See Section 8 for more details.
